Order any products from us today with full peace of mind. You can return them to us for a refund anytime within the next 30 days.

They can be returned for any reason but please contact the office before return so we can issue you with a returns number for tracking purposes at the office. Goods need to be resealable and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
**Please note Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded – no additional postage or special delivery charges will be refunded at any time**

We offer free postage on Sales only but when you are returning an item which is neither faulty or nor damaged a postal charge will be deducted from the refund - this is set as a minimum charge of £3.00.

You will be responsible for any cost of returning the goods such as packing and postage. Please ensure the correct postage has been paid otherwise if the item is underpaid and the Post Office charges a fee this amount will be deducted from your refund).
This guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Rights and should give you added peace of mind.
Lowest Online Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the same product you bought from us, simply let us know within seven days of the date of your order and we will refund the difference.

This applies to prices offered by Online Retailers and excludes all Auction Sites (such as eBay & Amazon as they sometimes offer their goods at a loss just to increase turnover. As we don't charge for delivery, the price used as a comparison should include any delivery charge that would be payable if you had ordered the product from that other retailer. The product must be identical, in stock and available for purchase.
Credit Card Security

We do not keep any of your payment details on our system and have no access to the full details of your card through our payment partners SagePay and HSBC Merchant services.

We also are part of the PCI Compliance scheme for online retailers ensuring that we have kept up to date with all the relevant requirements as required by the industry.

We accept major Credit Card and Debit Cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron) and PayPal payments in British Pounds (Sterling) only and accept pre approved orders from Europe, America & Australia

Sales Process

When the order is placed we will send a Confirmation of Order email. This is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us or that we have received any payment.
Once the payment is received and approved, we will advise you by email and will despatch the goods to you with a copy of the invoice enclosed.

Delivery Policy

Our daily cut off time for same day despatch is 4pm Monday - Friday, (excluding bank holidays).

Our standard terms are that postage is FREE of charge throughout the UK mainland for any order, using Royal Mail 1st/2nd class post. This has an approximate 93% success rate for next day delivery. * (Please allow 2-4 days for delivery)
We also offer a priority service where we can ensure that your product gets sent 1st class and is despatched ASAP for a fee of £2.95

International Orders

We accept international orders which are ALL subject to a carriage charge of £6.95GBP. This option MUST be selected if you are outside the United Kingdom. When you have entered your name and delivery details there is a clear option for international postage which MUST be chosen. No orders will be sent until this has been completed. Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full at any time up to despatch. Following despatch, we will still offer a refund but this may be subject to a deduction of the standard postage, ACTUAL cost of £3.00 GBP.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Faulty Goods

We will always replace faulty/damaged bulbs as although these occasions are rare they do happen. Please contact us with details BEFORE returning the goods so we can advise if we need the faulty goods returned.
Limit of Liability

 Please note that any claim for goods that are considered unsuitable or do not perform as expected is limited to the price paid for the goods. Under no circumstances will any claim for 'Consequential Loss' be entertained. We can not be held accountable for any loss claimed during fitting or waiting for our goods.
For example - if a garage needs booking to fit a part or do an MOT we advise that you do not arrange the booking until you have actually received the order from ourselves as the order may be delayed for reasons outside of our control (such as the weather).
