This Plug and Play 501 LED Resistor kit is unique to Phoenix AutoBulbs. They have been especially designed so they can be fitted without the need to cut, solder or splice any wires, and when installed they will prevent the bulb failure warning alarms that can be caused when 501 LED bulbs are used to upgrade the standard 501 bulbs on certain modern cars.
When compared to the standard old style 501 car bulbs the new 501 LED bulbs draw much less power from a vehicle\'s electrical system, and this can be interpreted as a blown bulb by the car\'s onboard computer, often triggering a bulb failure message on the dashboard or causing the bulbs to flash repeatedly. By fitting this new Plug and Play LED resistor kit you can prevent this problem, which means that your new 501 LED bulbs will work perfectly every time they are switched on.
TO INSTALL THIS PLUG AND PLAY 501 LED RESISTOR KIT
Fitting this LED resistor kit is a simple and easy job and because you do not have to cut, solder or splice any wires it makes for a very professional installation and is perfect for cars where the space is tight or limited.
- 1. Connect the WHITE 501 base of the resistor kit to the 501 bulb holder on your vehicle by pushing them together
- 2. Push the LED 501 bulb into the BLACK bulb holder on the resistor kit
